This repository is public for reading, verification, citation and scholarly
discussion. Public availability is not a general licence to reproduce,
translate, redistribute or adapt the protected expression in these works.

## Permitted without prior permission

- Linking to a canonical concept record.
- Accurate bibliographic citation and academic discussion.
- Short quotations to the extent permitted by applicable law, with clear
  attribution to Hakvin Vosteen and a link to the canonical record.
- Independent use of facts, abstract ideas and mathematical methods. No
  exclusive right in those elements is asserted here.

## Permission required

- Reproduction or adaptation of substantial text, figures, diagrams, slide
  sequences, distinctive model formulations, or the curated selection and
  arrangement of the corpus.
- Translation or repackaging into commercial, monetised, promotional or
  social-media publications beyond legally permitted quotation.
- Removal or concealment of authorship, Concept-IDs, watermarks, citations or
  provenance metadata.

## Text and data mining / generative AI

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rights are expressly reserved for
commercial text and data mining and for ingestion into generative-AI training,
fine-tuning, retrieval corpora or automated content-production pipelines.
Known crawler preferences are also expressed in `robots.txt`. Search and
user-directed retrieval remain welcome when results identify and link the
canonical source. Automated attribution expectations are specified in
[`LLM-USAGE.md`](LLM-USAGE.md).

Crawler directives and this notice do not create secrecy and do not replace
applicable law or a separate licence. For permissions, open an issue in the
repository with the intended work, use and distribution channel.
